Are you 18-22 and out of high school?  We have something special for you this summer.  Come out Sunday June 6th at 11:00AM to EUMC Ministry Center room 101 for fun food and fellowship as we kick off the summer.   The 18-22 class will meet every Sunday starting June 6th until August 8th.  We look forward to seeing you.

Potato Drop:  June 5th @ 7:00AM .  You don’t want to miss this event.  Bring your friends and a pair of gloves.  Potatoes will be packaged in 10 pound bags in the church parking lot and then distributed to local food banks. 

Sierra Leone: Is God calling YOU to Sierra Leone in Nov or Dec 2010? The November trip is geared toward medical support. The December trip is suited for college students who have a heart for mission and building relationships with CRC children and Mercy Hospital. Graphics Assistant Position:  There is a job opening at the church.  Part time position (15hours/week).  An application and specific information can be picked up in the church office.  Application, resume, and samples of work (if avaliable) must be received no later than Wednesday June 10th, 2009.  Job begins July 1, 2009.  Must be detail oriented and extremely competent in the use of office productivity software. 

Serving Opportunites:

VBS Volunteers are needed.  Sign up in the Gathering Room between worship services.  Many areas to serve in for VBS.  Contact Shari Parsons for more information 540.659.1349 or sparsons@ebenezerumc.org  VBS is June 22-26. 

Summer Camp:  Make a difference in the lives of children in need and assist with a summer camp for newcomer (refugee) children, children in lower income and homeless children.  If you are interested in this opportunity please contact Linda at missions@ebenezerumc.org   The camp would be from 1:00-3:00 July 27-July 31.
